Agreed. In this market, or rather in every market, "timing is everything". If stocks take a week or two to be voted upon, chances are the opportunity to accumulate at a potential bottom and take profits at some peak in the (potential) run, will be gone. The best way to approach potential opportunities to capitalize on runs is to share information amongst one another and contribute to a "group market watch" effort. Every investor must make a decision for themselves after having conducted the nessesary research.
