MDM Board of Directors

I chatted very briefly with Chris about an idea I had for the MDM. Basically, I feel like we need a leadership team if we are serious about making this work. I think that opening up each upcoming stock pick to a vote of all participants lends itself to potential problems. I think we need a leadership board that has the ability to overrule a stock vote. I think this select group should be the most experienced and knowledgeable of the group.

Ultimately, I guess I just don't feel like my vote should hold the same weight as Chris or AO or others since I am very new to this.

I do have experience in starting businesses and I'm coming at this from that perspective. We need a rudder on this MDM ship.

If this sounds like a plan then maybe we can start nominating individuals to the BOD. We also need to put together some rules for the BOD as well. They need to have the ability to overrule votes and vote off board members who do not have the best interests of the group in mind.
