pwrballl, I thought the creditors owned png? The debt was converted into shares of png. I haven't a clue who is diluting evfl. Vertex is owed a few million as of the last quarterly filing. They could have paid them with stock. Heck, who knows. Let us know if I am correct on the stock for debt png deal.

evfl had a exchanged agreement with pngx/Castlerigg to forgive there 90 million of debt leaving only 10 million debt and selling there natural gas company to pngx for stock of pngx which they sold later for a gain of $70 million dollars they still have stock in pngx too some where around 1 million shares.
