I got the same thing from Fidelity last week. I then sent an e-mail to them asking them how they could be cancelled if UC and or Roger never announced it. Then sent a reply from a different person stating that they were still ok. here the most recent reply from them as of this morning.

The upcoming dividend payments are scheduled to be credited to the accounts of eligible shareholders on the pay dates of September 24 and October 1 as you listed. Please keep in mind that the dividend payment rates for these payments remain subject to change.
The pay date for the CIM dividend has not been announced. The record date for the payment is set to be August 31.
