Didn't The Texas Monthly Article say something about an ongoing investigation against GFCI. I don't think the investigation that nailed GGI will end there. After all, without Dial illegally giving them shrares, there would not have been a case.
I too think there is little chance that any money will be found. IMO, it's long gone. About Dial still operating. Look at the example trinitz gave of the man that started a new pink while on parole. I do't think the company Dial recently registered in Nevada is publically traded.
