Here is one thing that is true as per the SEC and filings.

1. CMKX has 703 billion shares 622 which are unregistered.
2. Based on these numbers there are only 81 billion "real shares"
3. Entourage gave CMKX 45 million shares for distribution.
4. CMKX could only give shares to the 81 billion shares not the 703 billion that are certed.

Interesting problem.

The fact that an agreement has been settled by Entourage and CMKX does not settle the crap that has gone on in this stock.
IMO the SEC is just as guilty as Edwards in this ordeal.

Do I expect anything, no because the SEC and people in charge are dirtier than the Edwards and crew.
