As usual, this raises more questions than it answers. All this 8K is (and answers) is "what about the second payment that USA was supposed to make to MOBL when it bought part of MOBL's business".

USA was supposed to make a million dollar payment (the second of two payments due), and it didn't because USA claimed that MOBL didn't do everything that it was supposed to do when USA bought part of MOBL. USA resorted to "self-help" and reneged on its contractual requirements to make payment at the time it was due. That's, as I stated several times previously, totally unacceptable from the legal standpoint. Anyone with a trace of legal knowledge could have told USA that much.

So, now, Jay's settled for payment of the amount due, but instead of getting it all at once as he should have, he's allowed Fogg to string the payments out to 2013. What the hell was Jay thinking? By 2013, there may no longer be a Mobilepro to pay the money to. Meanwhile, MOBL's responsible for the payments and has to pay exorbitant interest that USA should be paying.

The questions are, "did USA actually buy the business from MOBL, and did USA actually sell it to Fogg, and if so, where's the money from the sale"? This 8K is just the tip of the iceberg and tells us nothing really worthwhile.
