Diution does explain a lot and until management comes clean with the purpose of increasing AS and not letting us know os... then it sure is dilution.

I might stand corrected if they prove me otherwise. It is there responsiblilty to do so...

no one elses... especially those who suggest it is lower and throwing out numbers with no facts to prove it.
