A company that keeps increasing the AS and for no explainable reason switches to a TA that has a gag all policy, will never come clean.

I dont think there are any "phantom" shares out there on this one. I do believe they are diluting wholesale, into their very good news releases. Whether the NRs are true or not isnt important. It simply allows these guys to continue their selling.
