Logman AS didn't stop the progress of the battery because only legal action could convince potential OEM companies not to deal with PWTC's so called rock solid proof of the battery patent ownership.
And it was only PWTC that legally sued AS? PWTC stopped itself because 1. it doesn't own the battery patent to avoid having to sue AS. 2. it has to sue AS and argue AS is unfit, in order for PWTC to try and get the battery patent back it never paid for with shares.
The original agreement for shares between LB and PWTC was a partnership one. Now LB is arguing it was also for the battery patent as well.
But those are two separate agreements for shares. And not mentinoning the battery patent sale for shares, specifically, like LB did for the other patents in official or unofficial documents the last 6 years, proves that.
LB is just a small time penny stock promoter and operator, not a business CEO for a potentially multi million dollar company.
And the present death spiral phony financing of PWTC proves that. As well as the the going away death march party of PWTC with the gift to himself of 25 million more shares and probably hundreds of millions more shares to various others, also proves that.
logman: The battery should have been in the hands of manufacturers and other interested parties LONG before the "unpleasantness" between Elbee and Snaper occurred.
