I agree it was a risky investment but we invested on the information released by company which was VERY misleading to say the least. I also traveled to the office spoke directly to Ron for 3 or 4 hours in December 2005 and on many times after that the phone, I feel like I was lied to all the way.

I can't believe you are giving PA the benefit of the doubt and then condeming the court system.
PA is now the only employee and the only "operating" going on is the effort to collect a settlement.

Knowing the risks involved in Pinky investing does not mean scoundrel management should be given free reign to continue scamming and butchering. I talked to an employee of Best Jets after the company had been stripped of assets by "PBLS management". They were sitting in the dark wondering what happened and the electric bill not paid.
Every one was in the dark concerning the Best Jets acquisition.

I don't think PA deserves a get out of jail free card.

Not a pretty picture.

Brigunn are you kidding me! One of your recent posts implied some people on this site are not who they claim to be. After a post like your last I wonder who you are. PA should be investigated to the hilt and prosecuted if need be. The only way that will happen is if you, me and we for that matter speak up. I for one have already contacted the SEC both by phone and via email and was told verbally that they will take this complaint under advisement. Whether or not they do is up to them at this point. All I know is if there is criminal wrong doing and or negligence on the part of PBLS or its officers I will make every effort to see justice is served.

Paul "Brigunn" Alonzo, good day sir. I said good day!
