Sorry Eddie, even though we agree on the possible corruption that has taken place so far, what you are suggesting is a bad idea in my opinion. That route makes our greed no better than PA's (if guilty). This was a known risky investment. We must be better than that. Corrupt Courts, thieving Lawyers, and unfair judgments have ruined this country enough.
Besides the company is still operating, the bank settlement is still unknown, the R/S hasn't taken place yet, and there is always TECO...lol!. My point is why judge PA now anyway. We invested in the pinky knowing the risks.
