A) What do you think the chances are of any of the defendants paying any of the money and how much do you think they will pay?

B) If the defendants don't pay, what do you think the chances are of the SEC collecting by enforcement and how much will they collect?

C) If there is any money collected through either 'A' or 'B' above, how much of that do you think will get back to investors?

The answers to 'A' and 'C' are ZERO. So the answer to 'B' doesn't really matter to anyone except the "bashers"... who want to see these scams curtailed.
