Newly, Here's one for you. 3BR 2.5 ba condo just on the market my Fannie Mae at $21,900. Bulit in 2003. Recent nearby sales from $49,900 to $102,777. Fannie Mae is just killing the market for others. I surely don't understand their strategy.
