As a portion of the convertibles matured, the company was scheduled to return principal on that debt to the bondholders. I don't know if they intend to issue an announcement saying they did or not. While they probably will, I also think there is a chance that they have no intention of paying back Ribotsky as he has been blatantly manipulating the pps; that is how he makes his money, not by honest lending. So if Kiwa were to not pay Ribotsky back, what is his recourse? While he might threaten leagl proceedings, I doubt he would follow through as it would ultimately expose his tactics and probably bring about a lot more legal problems for himself.
