NO R/S,
NO A/S INCREASE,
O/S IS MAXED OUT,
NO GAGGED TA,
FINANCIALS COMING ANY DAY,
AND NO OFFICERS SELLING SHARES AS STATED IN THE MAY 27th PRESS RELEASE.

APPROXIMATELY 3/4 OF THE O/S IN FRIENDLY HANDS AND RESTRICTED
ESTIMATED TRADEABLE FLOAT APPROXIMATELY 100 MILLION SHARES

WOW, WHAT MORE TRANSPARENCY COULD YOU ASK FOR IN A PINK SHEET COMPANY!

James D. Brown, CEO, stated, "The officers of the company have now converted their restricted preferred shares to restricted common shares. To date, the officers have sold no (ZERO) shares, and intend to hold the restricted shares for the foreseeable future. The company has no plans for a reverse split, and has no intentions of increasing its authorized share count."

CEO stated no contracts at this time...Even if they get 1 it would not begin to effect rev until late in the 4th QTR as he stated they would need 3 months to ramp up if they even got one that big.

He was supposed to file last week? Since HE is in control of updating PS....

Stated he might use the remaining shares if they got a contract, but has already used them.

I like the company, but this board has hyped this far beyond what the CEO wanted shareholders to know....

HE did not want to mislead anyone. Thats not the message sent here...

As for the larger and larger contracts, I am waiting as well. Just not buying flipper shares while they scream buy buy buy...

Same BS last year and many got caught .003+....CEO guidance was for $5mil and 1bil shares.....

.01 is not in the cards....

Had they done a small R/S and lowered A/S, they could have been sitting .20 in anticipation of larger contracts. Right now only a R/S would make .01 viable....And you know I meant only a 1:5 not a 1:2000....A 1:5 would have been great and they would not need to dilute with the shares they would still have available...
