EXPH -- IMO -- NO RS, NO MORE SHARES, NO BS, GOOD NEWS COMING, AND EASILY WORTH .01 RIGHT NOW. Market looks forward, and if it looks much forward, and gives a normal PE once news hits, .05 is the start of major things.
