FWIW, I believe that your response would be far more persuasive if WAVX already had made a significant run and the insiders wanted to unload a little in order to diversify their portfolios.
it is completely unpersuasive, IMHO, when the insiders have not been purchasing any stock on the open market yet believe the company's prospects for success are enormous.
how do you truly square the two? it doesn't strike me as the actions of a rationally motivated economic actor (or actress)?
