Pre - fair enough..I can see parallels with MGLG (will say that I think output numbers for MGLG are coming within next 2 weeks) but my perspective is that:
1) BCND has been in discussions, according to PRs, 6 months to 1 year, for different revenue generating opportunities. That would indicate that the opportunities to get fixed revenues (leases/sub-leases) are not too far away.
2) We still have the remaining $5M+ from the glass factory demolition that we have yet to receive. I do not think that has been taken into account yet in the PPS, opposed to some others, because I think that the market does not yet believe that the revenue will happen.
3) We have yet to take into account what the addiional valuation we will get from the buyer. It could be RR&D which we know little about it. If it isn't them, it could get really interesting....
