Seaching further I see a lot of NeoSphere's out in webland and more than one stating their trademarked. It's possible that they're in a trademark dispute w/ one or more?

Would it matter if they changed the name? Not really. No biggie, IMO one way or the other.

Next time though, please provide a link to something concrete instead of an abstract website containing the word "NeoSphere". It would save a lot of confusion and back/forth.

Are you concerned enough to call the company and inquire further?
