Thank you for your honest reply, and appology. I actually did include a link but later noticed that PTO links to database items "time out". So I removed it.

1. On top right, click "SEARCH trademarks now".

2. Then on the next page click "New User Form Search".

3. Then search for "Neospehere".

I believe what is happening is.. (1) either they have no Trademark and are using the symbol illegaly; (2) or have filed an application and that allows the use of "TM". An application can be challenged and denied as well.

So at this point, they truly don't have a Trademark.

I will call the company to follow up.

If you re-read my post, this was a link to another company that can file for a "Neosphere" application and win it since they work with computer related business.

There was a concrete reason why I added that link.

Please read people's posts carefully before challenging them.
