Matty--- I believe that Cap and Trade will one day be insignificant. People are working on a science that cheaply captures carbon and convert it to fuel. And yes, all vehicles will be able to use it without special additions to your vehicle. It will be carbon neutral since no more carbon needs to be burned into the atmosphere except through the tailpipe of vehicles. The carbon from coal fired electric plants and emmissions from refineries will be the fuel. The fuel will sell for around $2.50 -$2.80 a gallon and we will be able to tell the Middle East to go f### themselves, as well as the carbon tax collector. The environmentalist should like it too, although the extremist hates everything carbon.
