I;m also in agreement with you in regards that they need the A/S to be at a ceratin volume for whatever they may have in store for the company. Honestly, I really don't care what the A/S is as long as they hold true to their words of no dilution and possible buyback programs. Who cares of the A/S. Maybe just a leap of faith for me and if I do get burn, then it will only be me myself to blame as I do my own DD and go with what I've seen the company do and report.

I was a trader for Enron, so I'm really skeptical with reporting but I don't think anyone is willing to take the risk to lie to the SEC anymore in this day and age. But I may be wrong. I just can't believe management would take this risk to lie to SEC and investors with all that they are doing to build this company.
