because i am a long, and an optimist...i agree that the o/s is shrinking.
someone mentioned a moment ago a theory that the company needed a larger a/s to complete a reverse merger. so let's say they actually need 4 billion, FOR WHATEVER REASON I CAN'T IMAGINE, for this reverse merger.
can you imagine what it would have done to the stock if they went from 1.2 billion to 4 billion in one day? Og, who i personally like, would've been right, we would have gone to .0001 RAPIDLY, i feel.
perhaps this is a strategic increase of the a/s for that very reason. i guess the question i have to ask is, for what purpose would an increase in the a/s serve in facilitating a reverse merger? i'm open to both side, pro and con, even though as a long, i like hearing the pros.
