see that's what I'm not clear on. Usually judges are fairly explicit. She denied JPM/FDIC....but I've heard nothing on the 4.4's fate directly. Is she saying that it should be lumped in with Washington Mutual's other suit?? (can't read whole link you posted at work) :)
