I got my response. The question was about "who gets to pursue the DAC award if YAG takes over MOBL's assets". The response was that the details of that situation haven't been worked out yet.

So, the situation as it stands is that no one knows much of anything yet. The full intentions of YAG (as the situation stands today) aren't completely known, but YAG certainly wants its money and/or assets to offset the total loan amount.

Once again, we're in a holding pattern and have to see how this works out.

The only good thing I can say is that it's quite possible that if YAG and MOBL have to go to court for the foreclosure proceedings, that the court might try to reconcile the situation instead of forcing MOBL into bankruptcy. That's just my slightly educated guess.
