If that's true, somebody screwed up VERY badly.

They are reporting on paltalk that many people received their UCAD shares today and they are not restricted!!!!!

Remember the part in UCAD's 8-K where it's specified that the shares can be cancelled if they're sold into the float immediately?

I'm concerned that it's (only?) come as unrestricted from European brokerages. Maybe something slipping through the legal cracks? This could also cause a bit of panic selling too of UCAD, due to dilution expectations. A sabotage attempt even? Just seems very odd.

BadBassPlayer- when I talked to Chris, she said they were restricted because they weren't registered yet. She said all the share sales, from GEMM and from UCAD were restricted.
