stoxmagic,

We are getting into the oversold levels again in our consolidation period.

Can you speak toward this and what you see taking place in terms of this.. Clearly those buying are not complaining that they are getting sold shares and why not take them for lower prices... but the chart can only get so oversold before someone comes in and see this and figures out this stock is oversold and trending (in the short term) down for no reason other than simple afraid longs.

Also are you buying at these levels I don't know if you have posted but are you an active buyer at these levels or are you waiting for this to pull back a bit more before you get your toes wet...

I agree Stox, NSS is not here, at least not to the exorbitant extent that so many extol. Unfortunately I believe the whole NSS fever is merely a covert distraction disbursed to enhance the obvious manipulation that has plagued this stock since I became involved with it over a year ago. And to be clear, I do not believe this manipulation has its roots in management, but rather shareholders with vast amounts of shares, enough so that they can easily facilitate manipulation up or down at their whim and IMO profiting in whichever direction suits their greedy desires.

Agreed, our stock reacts to the natural forces of supply and demand. No argument there.

My contention would suggest the "air shares" are embedded. The only sign would be a stock that behaves as if the float is higher than there are certificates.

Is it not suspicious, knowing the share counts of major holders and the rough estimate of SPNG holders that the count could greatly exceed 300MM?

Is it not suspicious that a growth stock with unprecedented hype and fundamentals to boot would be trading at such low levels with extraordinary volume?
