My contention would suggest the "air shares" are embedded. The only sign would be a stock that behaves as if the float is higher than there are certificates.
Is it not suspicious, knowing the share counts of major holders and the rough estimate of SPNG holders that the count could greatly exceed 300MM?
Is it not suspicious that a growth stock with unprecedented hype and fundamentals to boot would be trading at such low levels with extraordinary volume?
