Maybe I should just spell it out this way: YAG is demanding immediate payment of the $13 million MOBL owes them. MOBL can't do it. YAG will probably have to take it to court and when the court enforces the terms of the contract, MOBL will have to hand them them the ownership of its assets.
How's that for stating what we all know but refuse to accept? MOBL's gone unless a miracle happens, but so far, no one's come up with a reasonable, logical, or believable scenario for what that miracle could possibley be. No more fluff, no more pie in the sky, no more sillyness.
