I agree it looks as though they want to completely finish this deal and get back to the business of running one of the largest banks in the world. They can't have this whole WAMU mess hanging over their heads if they expect the depositor base and the American people to believe they are trustworthy and there for them! JPMC is now playing ball and WEIL has a HUGE bat !!
JPMC is wanting to get this done and out of the way. They want to do the right thing !! I am sure of it or they would not have settled the savings plan, they would have fought it out like they do with most suits. A judge granting Thornburg Mortgage Unsecured Creditors BK rule 2004 on helps our case ! JPMC is gonna finish this deal soon.. I can feel it in the AIR !!
