I sure hope the short count is that high. But here is the point as this stew starts to thicken .. by now most of the brokers have probably reported in with the names of the CMKX shareholders and how many shares they hold for dividend distribution purposes. Urbie and Glen now have the last missing figure and number in the puzzle. I'm about 95 % certain of this. It just HAS TO BE. So now they know where all the shares are and how many of them are counterfeit. They hold the whip hand !!!!!!!! The brokers do not know this number. If there is a big illegal count .. they now know it. What Roger will advise to do next is for us to guess at. If they actually do click at Mel's Oreo # 1 and kimberlite comes up, we could have a really hot time in the old town pretty soon. Plus of course Shore is helping already.

or 40,000,000,000 Billion Shares?

A = Total shares of CIM to be issued as dividend = 40,000,000,000 Billion Shares
