There are no good guys between those two but for different reasons. Ryan is a crook while Huppe never pays his debts and is arrogant and dishonest. Neither one nor the other is desireable for EFFC but we have to cope with RH.

I think they fit perfectly together.....

Dan Ryan vs Raphael Huppe, I wonder which posters here would think who is the bad guy? Who is the lesser of 2 evils?

Both are corrupt, with IMO Dan Ryan being the most evil of the two since he is a key mechanism/fulcrum that allows cons like RH to go public to engage in pinksheet share selling festivals.

R, how do you have a "real" company when all those that were responsible for creating this prototype technology, the proclaimed "centerpiece" of this venture, left the company months ago in a very disgruntled fashion? RH, with his prestigious high school diploma from St. Jean Vianne, is somehow an expert on sleep vigilance, ergonomics, circuit board design, cmos image sensing, DSP interfaces, etc etc? Let's be frank, the assistant tech joker they may or may not still have onboard is not picking up the slack. All RH is an expert at is BS'ing investors, putting out fraudulent PR's, reading IHUB post-for-post (hey d. bag!), and selling shares hand over fist.

If you had Bruno, Gib, Daniel Imbeau types leading this startup with a legitimate stream of venture capital and all pending BCS lawsuits rectified (they are NOT!!!), with all the RH, Manon, Manny type clowns completely out of the picture, then it would be a different ball game. You would have a fighting chance. But with RH, it's a death spiral out of control. One of the main reasons I got caught with my pants down on this investment was because I put too much weight/DD into the Shin and Farbos tech, and failed too realize it a strong/legit/intelligent CEO necessary to keep the cohesion/liquidity for this venture to workout.
