Not funny for PM--the case was at central court C24. Peter sued first, DG countered. Cases were condensed, I will make it easy for you, I will give you the case number.Gannon'sfirm Bryan Cave LLP seemed to make short work of it. Case 30-2008-00104779 consolidated with 30-2008000104777. Instead of PM's dream of taking DG's house, PM now has a 3 million dollar judgement against Hop-On. Any time DG could come into hop-ons offices and start taking things. WoW! That would be interesting to watch.. What happened to spending Hop-on money on products, not lawyers to take others hard earned money and businesses?

garyev, what are you thinking? Google isn't the answer. Thousands of lawsuits are filed and won EVERY day. Do you think you can just "google" and find them? Do you think everyone cares, and do you think they all hit the news papers? Most do not unless it's a major corporation with multi millions or billions involved. Now I know why you struggle with doing DD. You have no clue where to start. You have to know where to look! Google doesn't bring these things to the surface.
