The Vancouver Stock Exchange hasn't existed for many years. The VSE and Alberta ASE joined to form the CDNX exchange which was subsequently taken over by the TSE/TSX.
Companies that would have traded Vancouver etc now trade either US OTC BB, Pink, or on the TSX Venture Exchange in Canada.
All stocks trading on Canadian exchanges MUST be fully reporting and current. All our good scams trade on the Pinks.
BCSC putting cease trade order means that residents of BC cannot buy or sell PGYC.
