Wouldn't it be nuts if PNGY was the new acquiring company for PGYC. Bisante forms a new shell, buys out the old shell with new proceeds from the new shell and buys out PGYC to save face in front of the shareholders, SEC, and FBI?

I'd be o.k. with it as I'm still holding this bag of garbage!
