TPG IS OUT FOR BLOOD ON JPM/FDIC AND WILL STOP AT NOTHING TO BRING "TEXAS JUSTICE" TO THEIR BUTTS IN THE FORM OF A COURT ORDER. ONCE TARP IS REPAYED [TODAY] THE GAME IS ON! GS CAN NOW MAKE A PLAY FOR WMI AS AN INVESTMENT IN RETURNING THE INITIAL BUYOUT 10 FOLD IN THE FORM OF SETTLEMENTS OR ACTUAL JURY DAMAGES. TPG could raise the capital to acquire a majority stock 51% and move this company in whatever direction it sees fit. It could attract some new investors [big name] and start building capital to pull wmi out of bk and make it a viable entity again. i am not sure if they would want the banking arm again, the rumor is Alternative Energy and Communications !! TPG has the chinese to funnel money if it is not used in conjunction with any financial banking operations. Chinese are one of the main requests for regulations on the financial industry, this is what Geithner was told when he showed up in Beijing and was virtually laughed right out of the building. Financial regulation is a must if we are to move this market and our financial company stocks back up to where they came from.
The main reason JPM is hanging in there in regards to PPS, is THEY KNOW HOW TO FUDGE THE BOOKS AND MAKE EVERYTHING LOOK ROSY !!!
