They can say anything they want. Only the TA has all the records of all the shares.

How do you know the company is buying back shares? and if they are is it more then the increase in the A/S?

If the t/a wasn't gagged, they'd spend the whole day on the phone fielding calls from shareholders. That's not to say I believe the buyback claims aren't followed with dilution simultaneously or even preprinted shares before said buyback, but who knows I certainly don't. I want this to bounce back and I think it can. If they dumped they did it already.

The TA situation is not really a problem. We know the company is buying back shares, not dumping them. They have said that many times. To say they are buying back but to actually be dumping them, that is a crime, it is called Defrauding Investors.

wow, how prophetic that post from just after the peak of the pump and dump turned out to be.

The gagged TA is so they dont have to say how many they are buying back, as to catch the naked short sellers off guard when the real float comes out.

a year and a half later and it is now a known fact that the company was dumping over 2 billion shares and not buying any shares back. it was indeed a crime and thankfully justice is in the process of being served. the naked short part is nonsense just like the rest of that.

you really need to do some research on SPNG ...

it was all a scam .. and the insiders were arrested for the scam and selling 2 billion illegal shares ..

guess who gagged the TA!
