The TA situation is not really a problem. We know the company is buying back shares, not dumping them. They have said that many times. To say they are buying back but to actually be dumping them, that is a crime, it is called Defrauding Investors. The gagged TA is so they dont have to say how many they are buying back, as to catch the naked short sellers off guard when the real float comes out.

a year and a half later and it is now a known fact that the company was dumping over 2 billion shares and not buying any shares back. it was indeed a crime and thankfully justice is in the process of being served. the naked short part is nonsense just like the rest of that.
