Not really a problem at all. If the TA was ungagged, I'm sure the 'dark and sinister suspicions' crowd would find something else to complain about.

The TA situation is not really a problem. We know the company is buying back shares, not dumping them. They have said that many times. To say they are buying back but to actually be dumping them, that is a crime, it is called Defrauding Investors. The gagged TA is so they dont have to say how many they are buying back, as to catch the naked short sellers off guard when the real float comes out.
