Nite's MMs are intimately familiar with the mood and history of these shares and this case. They are preying on several levels here. The lack of news is evident. They even have MMs reps looking at the boards, I imagine, and since NITE actually has an indirect investment in JPM winning there are managers there who are particularly interested in doing a "good" job on these shares, imho.
