Logman you may not like what Hasher has to say, I am sure most of us do not, But that does not take away from the fact that it is likely. If they move forward with this kind of financing the company may survive but it will Dilute and sell stock at a rate that the only ones who make any money are the debenture holders the rest of us are screwed... I hope He is wrong but I hate to say I was thinking the same before he voiced his concerns...You can not compare what Hasher has to say to your old Buddy E-Y, He did rant on over and over about nothing . Hasher is commenting on present situations...

yes, whatever.. I just want to make sure that NO ONE is fooled by this failed attempt at pumping the price called a "financing".

By your name calling, I assume this PR sounds great to you. Don't lose sight of the fact that you are in this deep because you, like I, beleived the BS. The only real part of the deal was and is the technology, and until the courts decide who owns it, the company consists solely of remaining stock.. which also seems doomed to go to the "financiers". Please explain where I am wrong.
I took a substantial hit and I intend to make my opinion well documented

As always.. if I am wrong.. I invite the sole employee, or LB to sue me.. Many posters have been successfully stopped from posting my type of post, through legal means. I'm easy to find and I welcome the opportunity to expose these con artists in a court of law.
