Nonsense. If it was a done deal, the pps of all stocks would be much higher. Whenever something this big is accomplished there is always a leak, some secretary tells her boyfriend who tells a fund manager who tells another firm...

Personally, I just think Walrath is taking her time in making her decision. And I'm 90% sure there will be another delay in that decision.
