if you read some of the press and how the mine was purchased you can interpret that EMGL does not have any equity stake in the mine - i am looking for clarification of this in the upcoming filings but feel that pndr messed this one up big time

if they do not have an equity stake in the mine - you can also than interpret that some type of legal suit can be brought against the OSC

the mine just recently filed an updated technical report - which shows it can produce gold at a profit

i know that when it came to voting rights - emgl obstained from voting and that they never bought the warrants which were part of the initial 2 million in financing
