They seemed to go chronologically in order. Could just be a fluke. I doubt it though. A couple of times docs. took a little longer to come up, saw them on yahoo hours before Kcclc.

I went to kcclc and read some of those filings. The Hain filings. From what I read, I am assuming they are taking these shares off of the hands of these other companies...safeharbor technologies, acs & affiliated computer services, and arnold and porter...

Is Hain capital a hedge fund of some sort? No pumping here, just curious why this group is taking so many shares, if indeed that is the case.
