Capt if that were the case as you have stated for the last 60 days, this stock would be .02. That is not the case. This is a NEW company with NEW Directors. Your theory is wrong on this stock. JMHO

Bob, no one here wants to address any real issues that deal with this company.

Like;

How does the company plan to raise the $20,000,000.00 in capital from investors they are asking for in their propectus?

Are they planning straight dillution from a new common offerring?

Will we see someone like Cornell Capital get involved, which is never good for a start-up?

I don't think they will go the 504 route right away because that will limit them to only 1 million dollars per year.

What is your take?

And it was pushed to .10 for a reason, and is staying in this range for the same reason.
