I don't know how they will raise that kind of money without issuing more stock. I think that it will flounder for a time like the others did after our friend get's what he wants and moves on to other ventures. Look at PTEI and the background of the officers, and the background of the CEO, very impressive and a good plan, good people but could not raise enough money to make it and compete with the established companies in their field. They were better off as a private company. With no real capital coming in then you can not expand or set up all the clinics. Now think about this: I am Doctor X involved with SCA and have people come to my office for a stem procedure. I have to pay for my office, my staff, my insurance and what is left over goes to SCA. Long way to expansion and getting into the black. But if they do the 504 route then they will limp along until the dillution does them in or do a RS and the outcome will be the same. SCA went public so they could issue stock, raise capital and expand. Will not happen at this rate. IMO
