Mo, theres insider aquiring, not selling, look closer!
Today, right at the time there was news about the lawsuit with Samsung going back to court, the news propelled the stock. The market said, hey, we agree with this and the stock took off as it should.

Spansion will be rewarding longs, I would not be short here for nothing!

While in the Chap 11 Q mode insiders are barred from purchasing/selling also.

Many/ if not most, institutions MUST have anything non "big-board" off the books by next report.

This is what we are/have seen and I have been screaming it for two weeks now.

That final 1.9+mil share exchange was the last of it and that is why are moving up.

Now on a personal note. I AM THE "O.G." cat hater. I found this starved feral little kitten hiding in the pool pump area Sunday.

Somebody owes me a run for taking him in ;-)
