Lots to think about...

Will the selling pressure be gone after this and the price of the stock actually get a relief rally? Just like nothing goes up forever, nothing goes down forever. What is really the actual cause for the recent decline? Will it continue decline further? What would be the reason for the selling to continue? What would be the reason for buyers to step in? Is there reason for this selling? Is there a reason to buy? Is the time now?
In general, one would think that Wave would like a lot of happy little shareholders at the ASM. So, one would imagine that they would like to put out a nice little PR in time to make this happen or at a minimum Wave would probably like to give a reason keep the Shareprice up to make us happy. Is something going to cause a run up into next week in time for the meeting? The meeting is coming up quickly.
IF Wave actually had a few possibilities in the Nice PR pipeline over the next two months, today is not important in the grand scheme of things. It would be nice but they still have plenty of time. Wave has noted several things that could be sooner than later. The fact that they have not needed to do a Private placement speaks as to how things are going. (I Still expect to see 1 more before the dust totally settles)
I see someone on the board here had permission requested by a broker to borrow shares. This should set off a red flag in our heads. It was kind of the broker to request permission and offer interest. Some brokers move your shares without permission and do not offer interest. Yesterday, I spent quite some time on the phone with different brokers making sure that not one share in any of the accounts that I manage or own could be loaned out or in a marginable account.
No one is going to use my shares agaainst me. I check periodically to make sure of this. Thanks for the reminder.
All in all, Never a dull moment, who knows what will happen next. :)
