I contacted Schwab securities lending program and have not been able to verify that there is a current demand for these shares. In the interest of scientific research I ask if there is additional contact information that someone could PM me or post. Otherwise I would conclude that there was a demand for shares that was already filled. I also wonder if the urgency for the shares has passed with the listing metric being achieved in a few hours.
This also signifies to me also that it has become harder to naked short Wave than it used to be and that shares shorted now are "real shares" that need to be covered during the short squeeze after the first big TVTonic deal is announced.
